Good to hear Joey Heredia on a record again. He’s one of my favorite drummers. I hope they record a studio album with this band someday…. that would be cool. I’m still waiting for that Doves of fire album….

Luke & Guys—you’ve GOT to put the cd on sale thru’ either this website or stevelukather.net—it’s not fair on your fans who can’t get to one of the Euro gigs, and it stops seedy scumbags profiteering–how long after the first show do you think it’ll be before the cd’s being sold on ebay for some obscene price? C’mon boys, play fair!

Quite a succes story, that El Grupo thing, if you see what has happened in the last year. Second leg of the tour, this website and last but not least, the live cd. All great. I’d suggest another tour with a new setlist (after the first leg of the forthcoming Toto tour) with perhaps some special guests on horns and/or percussion for another El Grupo live release. I mean, this band does not have to worry about writing and recording new songs in a studio; they just pick the songs they like to play, they play them wherever people are interested in them being played by these stunning musicians and then choose the best performances for a live record! Easy as that! Keep on going guys! You’re spoiling us! See you in Holland in two weeks!

Guys, I caught your show at BB King’s and it was superb! I finally got to see Joey Heredia perform! As a long time Hendrix fan it was great to hear such a hot version of FREEDOM, Jimi is surely smiling! Thank you for performing in New York! I got some photos here if you want to have a look-

Went to the koncert at TRAIN in Aarhus, Denmark and saw that these guys just loves to play. Awesome rock/jazz/fusion/latin night. Got the live-CD as well.
